Beta Testing Guidelines:

Testing Period

Please note that this is a temporary testing period. The software is not yet complete, and we are relying on your feedback to help us make improvements before the official launch.

Data Use

Do not use actual dates or personal information during the testing phase, as any data entered will be deleted once the software goes live. Please use sample data instead.

Reporting Bugs

If you encounter any bugs, errors, or issues while using the software, please send a detailed description of the problem, along with any relevant screenshots or recordings, to support@wagefiling.com.

Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome your thoughts on the overall user experience, including the design, navigation, and functionality of the software. Please share your feedback and any suggestions for improvement at support@wagefiling.com.

Confidentiality

As a beta tester, you have access to a pre-release version of our software. Please do not share or distribute any information, screenshots, or recordings of the beta software without our express permission.

Updates and Communication

We may periodically update the software during the beta testing phase. You will be notified of any significant changes, and we may occasionally reach out to you for additional feedback.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the beta software at any time, with or without cause.

By proceeding to the WageFiling Beta Testing Program, you acknowledge and agree to these
guidelines. We appreciate your commitment to making our software the best it can be.

– Filer/Company is the Employer in the case of W-2 forms, and the Payor in the case of 1099 Forms. The Filer/Company is also sometimes called the Client. Filer is the company or person who paid the money and is responsible for filing to the IRS or SSA and responsible for IRS and SSA compliance activities.
– The Payee is the person, estate, trust, or other entity who received the money. The payee is also sometimes called the recipient or employee.
– e-Filing or electronic filing, means sending a copy of Form 1099 or W-2 to the IRS in a formless way using electronic transfer. Transmittal Forms 1096 or W-3 is never needed when e-Filing.
