Thanks for using Wagefiling Inc.! Our mission is to create a more concise and convenient way of processing and e-filing information returns to the IRS. Here we describe how we collect, use, and handle your personal information when you use our websites, software, and services (“Services”).

The information Wagefiling Inc may collect about you includes:

  • Through your interest in Wagefiling ads placed on third-party sites.

Our Commitment to Data Security:

Stewardship of your data is critical to us and a responsibility that we embrace. We believe that your data should receive the same legal protections regardless of whether it is stored on our Servers or on your home computer’s hard drive.

Retention. When you purchase our services or products, we will retain information you store on our Servers for up to 5 years in back up storage or as long as we need it to provide you the Services. If you would like us to remove your data from our storage, please contact us to fulfill this request. But please note: (1) there might be some latency in deleting this information from our servers and back-up storage; and (2) we may retain this information if necessary, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

If there are updates to the terms of this Privacy Statement, we will post those changes here and update the revision date in this document so that you will always know what information we collect online, how we use it, and what choices you have. Your continued use of the Websites following the posting of changes to this Privacy Statement means you accept those changes.
